Dr. Deniz Dursun advises domestic and foreign companies on matters of contract law, commercial law, regulatory law and public commercial law. She accompanies her clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes as well as in the implementation of compliance projects and processes. She also advises companies on M&A transactions.

Before founding Dursun Kuhle Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, Dr. Deniz Dursun worked for Hengeler Mueller as a lawyer for several years. Prior to that, she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Law of the Free University of Berlin.

Dr. Deniz Dursun studied law at the Free University of Berlin and the University of Aberdeen and obtained the Turkish Law Equivalency Certificate for admission as a lawyer (Avukat) in Turkey at the Dokuz Eylül University of Izmir. She is an alumni of the German Highschool Istanbul.

Dr. Deniz Dursun holds the “International Commercial Law” and “European Law” lectures at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul.

She is fluent in German, Turkish and English.

Tamara Kuhle represents companies in litigation before state courts, arbitration proceedings and out-of-court settlements. She advises domestic and foreign companies in matters of contract law, commercial law, labour law and public commercial law. She also advises companies on M&A transactions and the implementation of compliance projects and processes. One of her focal points are projects related to financial market regulation.

Before founding Dursun Kuhle Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, Tamara Kuhle worked for several years in the legal department of the German Savings Banks Association and at Hengeler Mueller. Before that, she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Law of the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg.

Tamara Kuhle studied law at the University of Freiburg.

She is fluent in German, English and French.
